When we change these terms, we tell you in the app and ask you to accept the new version.

1. Who we are

SoluFace is provided by SoluFace.AI Limited, a company registered in Sofia, Bulgaria. Contact: hello@soluface.ai.

2. The test phase

SoluFace is still being built. During the test phase it is free of charge; features can change, stop working or be removed; and test data can be reset — we tell you before we delete your data in a reset.

3. Your account

• You must be 18 or over.
• Use your own account only, and keep your password to yourself. Tell us at hello@soluface.ai if you think someone else used your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app under Account → Delete account.

4. Your face

• You may enroll only your own face. Never enroll someone else's face.
• Enrolling your face is your choice and needs your separate, explicit consent. You can withdraw it at any time by deleting your face photos in the app.

5. Photos you submit

• Submit only photos you have the right to submit.
• You keep all rights in your photos. You allow us to store, process and show them only as needed to run SoluFace for you and for the people in them — for example, to blur a face until that person decides.
• The people in your photo decide about their own face. If someone does not allow it, their face stays blurred.

6. What you must not do

• use SoluFace to find out who a stranger is, or to follow or watch anyone;
• submit photos that are illegal, or that show someone in an intimate situation without their consent;
• try to get around SoluFace's checks, read other people's data, or overload or attack the service;
• copy, resell or take apart the service.

7. No guarantee

Face recognition can make mistakes: it can miss a face or match the wrong person. Do not rely on SoluFace as your only protection. During the test phase SoluFace is provided "as is", without any promise that it works without errors or interruptions.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by a mistake of the face recognition. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer.

8. Ending

You can stop using SoluFace and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we can end the test; we tell you first, unless the law or the safety of others does not allow it.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law of the country where you live.
